What do you do When Every Door in Your Life is Closed?
Where there’s a will there’s a way
We’ve all heard others talk about how bad their lives are and how nothing is working. That conversation could even be one that we have or are currently having with ourselves. It is hard out here indeed and sometimes the easiest option seems to give up completely. But who does that actually benefit? Especially if its a passion of ours that is just not coming to fruition. So before you completely give up, give these three options a go.
Find a window
I heard once that when one door closes find a window and I thought, how genius. Upon hearing that statement, it made me take a step back and take account of how I had been moving forward. If it was a job I was applying for, I would take account of the places I was looking for work, the search engines I was using and even my resume and see if there was anything I could tweak. Instead of applying for a job online I would actually go to the business and drop off my resume if that was an option. Sometimes I would reach out and connect with people that was where I was trying to get to. Finding a window gave me hope that there was another way to get where I was going even if the traditional way you get there was not working.
