Ugh.
Sucks.
So here’s to making a change or staying
stuck.
Because
not too many things are worse
than
holding your own self
back.
With a relaxed hand,
index, middle, ring and pinky close together
place gently under your chin elongating your neck, eyes leveled.
Breathe.
Take that same hand and just as gently, place it against your heart.
Breathe.
Feel your lungs expand and let whatever is trying to emerge out.
